Jeff Dooley is a PGA Class A Member and the Director of Golf at Cabinet View Golf Club in Libby, Montana. He has been with the PGA since 2003 and has over 20 years of golf operations experience. Furthermore, Jeff attended College at The University of Montana – Missoula where he earned a degree in Business Administration.
Prior to joining Cabinet View Jeff worked as an Assistant Professional at the Coeur d’Alene Resort Golf Course in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, Polson Bay Golf Club in Polson, Montana, Teaching Professional at The University of Montana Golf Course and Assistant at the prestigious Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club in Portland, Oregon. While working at Polson Bay Golf Club Jeff was mentored by award winning PGA Member, Roger Wallace for nine seasons.
His teaching philosophy is based upon the basic fundamentals focusing on grip, stance and posture and teaching the students cause and effects laws to better understand the ball flight. Jeff caters to all levels of players from beginners to scratch and individual to group lessons. He has a strong passion for teaching and improving the games of his students.
Dooley is an accomplished player having been a Montana High School State Champion, member of the Division I Portland State Men’s golf team in Portland, Oregon and winner of many tournaments in the Western Montana PGA Chapter including the 2015 WMCPGA Match Play Championship. Jeff defeated Lon Hinkle in the Championship Match to claim the title.
